This course is for aspiring Builders in Medium rise, residential and commercial construction. This targeted program is designed for persons who have completed their certificate IV in Building and construction (Building) and are transitioning up to the diploma.

This Building course meets the Victorian Building Authority's requirements for a prescribed course for registration as Domestic Builder (Unlimited) and Commercial Builder (Unlimited).

It covers the skills and knowledge on which applicants are examined by the Victorian Building Authority for registration for a Residential or Commercial Builder.
