Our Aim

Our trainers have a heap of experience, both in the classroom and in the field. They know the construction industry inside out. And they are trained to recognise and teach different learning styles. So no matter what sort of learner you are, you can be assured of support.

We don’t want you to fail. Our aim is to produce confident and competent site supervisors that will be great managers.

That’s why we offer one-on-one Zoom or face-to-face training support. Our trainers have helped hundreds of students from a variety of backgrounds pass the course. They’ll sit with you and help you with anything you’re struggling with. Whether you need some help understanding building laws, or how to deal with a difficult on site situation, they’ll talk you through it and make sure you learn.

You can also attend Saturday tutorials at our training centre if you feel like you need ongoing face to face support.

And all our classes are live so you can ask any questions you need to while they’re fresh in your mind.
