2022 Changes To TIV Courses

Moving into 2022 there will be changes with courses superseding the current courses being offered. The courses will have an increase in units meaning the duration will increase. To avoid studying an extra amount enrol into our 2021 courses. They are:

CPC40110 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

What Are The Changes

The nationally recognised course CPC40110 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) course is getting superseded. It will be increasing the number of units from 16 to 19. This change is expected to be implemented from early next year. It is expected to add around 2 months extra to the course.

Enrol this year to avoid having to do the extra units. The CPC40110 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) course you complete this year will be equivalent to the updated CPC40120 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction next year.

What You Will Learn

The CPC40110 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is a very versatile qualification.  It covers a lot of the ground that applicants for Builder Registration with the Victorian Building Authority will be required to know. Building Contracts, Building Permits, Structural Principals and Estimating are just some of the units in the course.
